Nope.  Did you think employers and insurance companies were to jump at the chance to have to undertake crippling additional costs? As long as they are working within the constraints of the time limit, there's no foul.

ObamaCare does nothing to help the middle class. The very best case scenario here is that you are paying more for the exact same care. The more realistic scenario is that you are pay a whole lot more for diminished services, in addition to a whole slew of additional fees and taxes that have only begun to be enacted.

You don't have to lean right to realize Obamacare is bad for business. You just have to have a minimal amount of business (and common) sense.
