I hope I never encounter on the trail the breed of hikers who'll buy this overpriced and over engineered trendy crap. I stopped reading after the wood burning stove: most trails have a 'no campfire' policy due to hikers burning all the ground debris.
I would have also been impressed if they had done this energy assessment prior to closing. It's amazing how smart people get 'after' the problem is identified. Next time try being smart upfront.

10. Drop insurance for vehicles you don't use often. It's so simple to add/remove vehicles to an existing policy, stop wasting money on that RV/Boat/Grandma's Car/etc. that sits mostly.
