Just waiting for the economy/market  to improve is hardly a method to beat Wall Street bubbles.  The economy won't improve until oil and other commodity prices come down.  That won't happen until the Fed reinstates the position limits enacted back in the thirties under the Commodities Exchange Act.  Greenspan gave anyo...more
