They are a public acomodation/access venue, and are required to allow /serve everyone who is obeying the law or not violating health codes.  Otherwise it is discrimination and they could be sued or a complaint filed with the State/County/City.

No, keep the name and sell the signs, rather than having them stolen.  The town could make money off of this.  There are worse names for this, and it is no different than Shy Beaver, PA, or Heading east from Bird-In-Hand, PA to Intercourse, PA, and then heading south to Paradise, PA.  All in good fun.
