NYC is becoming big brother. People can't smoke in parks, beaches  or smoke on certain streets and  soon in  their own apts. OK, don't buy in NYC.  Mother's must breast feed, but not in public places; stop happy hour because some people might get drunk. WTF? Who are u? Who Who are u?
