the restaurant should pay their help,  it is crazy for the customer to pay 20% of the GROSS RECEIPTS the restaurant takes in.     If the salery was added on the bill, then the government would receive the income tax.

make the restuarants pay a mininum wage,  and outlaw tips.   It is a crime to make the customer pay 20% of the GROSS RECEIPTS a restaurant takes in to the waitress.   If the restaurants had to pay mininum wage, the government would receive income tax on the wages.   Waitresses should be paid,  paid by the employeer!!...more
