Tim Horton's isn't only in Canada, it is quite popular in Buffalo, NY and I suspect there might be others at other US border towns.

There are scholarships for students of color so why can't there be scholarships for whites only? As long as there are scholarships for any one ethnic group, then a "white" scholarship should be allowed.  There are a lot of poor white people.  Doesn't change how I would view ANY college.
