Here it is, it's 85bil per year decrease. We spend 3 trillion per year. 50 bil decrease for military. All this is is a decrease in the automatic increase of 8%. This is nothing, only change I would do is all of the decrease should come on domestic spending. 3 trillion is 3000 billions!
