De-Criminalize it !!!  Dont Legalize it.  If its legalized companies like Phillip Morris will be selling their own weed in gas stations while the average person will STILL not be allowed to grow their own stuff.  If its De-Criminalized it will be just that.  Not a criminal offense too posses or grow it.
