In response to MeMe20, married filing separately is actually the worst way to file your taxes if you're married. There are a bunch of tax deductions that you're not allowed to take if you file that way (Hope/Lifetime Learning Credit, student loan interest deduction, tax-free exclusion of Social Security benefits, etc....more

These are all interesting ideas, but I would like to hear from the people that actually GET the gifts she's giving to see what they think.
