Is the sticky accelerator standard on all models too? That thing is just ugly. Toyota spent more money paying NHTSA fines than they did on 'redesigning' a vehicle. I will keep my Ford (ECOBoost) for the MPG and look at the new GM trucks this fall. Toyota can keep this junk.
Got to a Toyota dealer and you will see why their sales satisfaction rating are amoung the lowest in the industry. Then read NHTSA ratings and see why their vehicles are unsafe. Check financial sites and see why the resale is so low. Bottom line is do buy an overpriced, overrated, unsafe vehicle with poor resale val...more
Pays out millions/billions but admits no fault??? What caused the issue? The cause is a Toyota design. Period. Over rated and over priced. No one in their right mind would purchase a Toyota with all of the other options on the market - Ford, Hyundai, Honda, Nissan, GM, Chrysler... Look around people
Were the Toyota vehicles tested with or without the accelerator stuck wide open? They are a fraud and the test prove it. Overpriced and overrated - oh what a feeling Toyota!
I am not surprised. They are overrated and over priced. Still haven't figured out the acceleration issue, and they continue to pay more fines to NHTSA than any manufacture in history. They do not build safe vehicles, just over priced vehicles.
Great job JetBlue. I have never flown your airline, but due to your generosity and quick response, I will definitely check out JetBlue in the near future.

Even thought the vehicles are at fault. The black box data should be accessible to everyone, mot just Field Technical Sp...more
I guess that would work as long as the Toyota doesn't have acceleration issues and speed away... Prius is an over-priced and over-rated toy for the techies anyway.... Go buy an inverter at Wal-Mart and save $25k....
