Hmmm. As soon as Matt signs a new contract he gets paid 25m.  Ann Curry is out and Savannah Guthrie is on her way.  NBC is playing what is commonly known as "musical chairs" with Matt's co-anchors. I don't entirely agree with Mr. Jackson.  The increase in gun violence has been recent.  The violence in movies tend to desensitize the viewers.  The video games glorify violence, rewards it, raises adrenaline levels, all without consequences.  So I believe they can be one of many contributing factors.
