Right Vons.  Tattooed women come across as easier than those that aren't. I think calling them slutty is going way too far but I can certainly agree that a woman that will subject herself to tattooing is more likely to "put out" than one that isn't tattooed.

I think they absolutely nailed it!  Men know that women sporting tattoos want to attract them. Therefore,  men are more confident that approaching these women will produce positive results.

Until the French actually enslave their citizens, they still have the chance to leave and go elsewhere. Which is exactly what I would do if I was a wealthy person in that socialist country. It is evident to me from reading the comments that most of the people commenting haven't a clue as to what they are talking about. Most of the comments are merely wild speculation based on emotions. So please people, if you really don't have any real basis for making a comment, just shut up already!

Just as I thought!  It really doesn't take a genius to figure this stuff out. One just has to see past the political spin.
