Geez Louise MSN get your facts straight. I'm in real estate and it's not true you can't buy a home for 8-10 years.  It only takes a minimum of 2 years after a bankruptcy discharge to qualify for a FHA loan (min FICO 620) and you can read build your credit within that two years.   I've really surprised at sometimes t...more
