I did read the article and found no mention of property taxes.  Where did you see it?

This is sickening.  Since when is 'equipment' a living breathing creature?  These animals loyally perform their duties and then they're euthenized?  Where is the love?  Where is the compassion?  Where is the heart?  These animals have it, why don't we?
