If Walmart can save money by having on-line orders shipped to the stores, why don't they offer a 'discount' to the on-line buyer to have the 'buyer' pick up the purchased items instead of offering incentives to a 'stranger' to make the deliveries?  As an on-line purchaser, I would like to save some extra $.
