If the IRS was as smart as they think they are they would realize that every single one of those dollars came from ILLEGAL immigrants that had taxes taken out (the law) of their paychecks.

The US has no equity or cash. All money controlled by the local, state and federal governments including the treasury is OWNED BY ITS' PEOPLE. The congress nor any part of any government has no right under the constitution to give away any funds or assets to assist or aide any entity other than its citizens.

Hording the cash won't work. Remember there is also a ceiling limit on cash for corps as well as the 250,000 for individuals. Bag it or loose it as before next Thursday. Can't tell ya but it's a done deal with China.
