The turkey burger is good news for the turkey farmers. Raising turkeys requires a considerable amount of grain so the price can't be much cheaper than beef patties in a burger. With the added lettuce,dressings, cheese it will cost.  The fat and calories will be lower than beef.  How about a pork burger. Just a thought....more
