If you're retirement is depressing a reverse mortgage can usually be the cure. If you don't know anything about them I would check out www.ReverseFAQS.com and find out if one could help you. In my situation is wasn't so much that I needed the equity from my home, I just wanted to get rid of my existing mortgage payment...more
