NASA has been reduced to coughing up millions to Russia to transport OUR astronauts while our MANNED space flight has been reduced to sending up SpaceX version of one step up from the Explorer.

When you slap regulation after regulation on corporations, guess what you have? Companies shipped overseas. Even the government can't keep its own programs in this country. Just look at NASA's manned space flight and its scientists and engineers.

I can only speak for where I live and not one DAMN thing has changed....chronic unemployment, foreclosures,  and housing at a stand still.
