Most people make the addition or remodel for their own comfort, not to increase the sale price. Think of the years of enjoyment you will get out of an inground pool and nice patio.  Don't let articles like this scare you.  Do what you want for your home.

No it wasn't Emmy material. Although the last couple of episodes were a little weak in someplaces, we enjoyed watching the personalities of the various characters.

We will reall miss it, but could never understand why "24" wasn't a full day. NO, NO, NO! Say it isn't so!  I have decided I really like Country and these guys are my favorite.  Our age group can relate to them.    The combination of Kix Brooks song writing and Ronnie Dunn's terrific voice are a treasure.  Just like when Steve Perry of Journey quit, a voice like that was made to be heard!
