I believe they should have traffic cameras but have them set at 15 or 20 miles over the speed limit to catch the real speeders. Not 10 or 11 miles over . Everyone even cops drive at least 10 or 12 miles over the limit, because of the design of cars these days. School zones should be 15 miles an hour to protect the kids...more
