I'm starting to change my mind about this "too much cash" thing with Apple. Think about it. If they could accumulate trillions instead of billions? Apple does not have to worry about arbitrage. They have cash!!! And they might even be able to buy product, and resell product that people actually want. There is a concept.
Maybe the right case hasn't come to court. But there seems to be a blatant disdain for compteting points of view. Only the point of view that agrees with the party of the moment is the allowed statement. I'm sick and tired of this judgemental high handed nonsense.
