Actually, the point is that moon shining is becoming more mainstream. Kind of like coming out of the closet, but for brewers, home growers, wine & cheese makers developing a cottage industry. I believe it is idiotic to outlaw personal stills. In the 1980's I made a still out of a 4 quart stainless tea kettle, a rubber stopper, 10' of 1/4" copper tubing and a coffee can full of ice.
