I'm not a fan of either party, and I told myself it didn't matter who won. But today I have that kind of sick feeling, the one that comes when something is really wrong.
It is easy to see why so many people have lost trust in the government and believe that our country is on the wrong track when for our only real input to it, tomorrow we have the “privilege” of voting for a bunch of middlemen who will then vote the way they wish on the issues on our behalf.
Chevron and exxon having profit troubles? They made a fine profit at $1.50 a gallon a few years back. I guess they'll have to double gas prices for a third time in 10 years to satisfy wall street. Now if gas goes below $4 they'll be in front of congress pressing for a bailout, and they'd probably get it.

Should people want to live in hazardous areas they should have private insurance (not government) to cover any losses. This insurance would be so expensive most would choose to build elsewhere.

If the government stopped its massive deficit spending and blatent statistical manipulation, and then reported the true numbers to us, the GDP would really move, but not in the direction Cramer wants.
