PBM's are the root of all these problems..including rudeness, long lines/waits, high retail prices, and not getting the best med or right med for your needs. The middle-man is currently in control...they are reaping the rewards...and we are allowing it to happen...however, Walgreens is not...they are attempting to figh...more
