Should have included Wisconsin.  Mostly small towns.  No big businesses so the only good paying jobs are county jobs and those are usually given to people who know people who are already working there.  Small businesses can't afford benefits so we don't have any insurance.  Prices of necessities like food are high beca...more

The man shouldn't have done that, but your egging his house and car was vandalism which is against the law.  Also, egging a car or house could result in the owner having to have a whole new paint job done which can amount to a lot of money.
