Sorry to say, but, milk prices are already going up.  The gallon of milk that usually sells for $3.69 is now $4.09.  It will only go higher like all items in the grocery store are doing.

There are some things that do not add up about this story.  As a previous poster stated, the handwriting does not match.  There appears to be handwriting from 3 different people, including the signature.
