I'm a country fan myself. I had a neighbor across the street.that blasted their Rap Crap very loud..Now they were at least 100 ft away.    I set up a speaker with a good amp  outside my door  Fixed that problem...  If they got too loud  I would crank up my system.  That put a stop to it...
