I ahve read the comments here. And the ones who say get a job, any job, sell your stuff, cut your cost of living.Really???Obvi ously you don't know what it is like to be so broke you don't know how the lights are going to stay on, or if the gas company will turn off your heat, or where your next meal will come from! ...more
I am so happy to see everyone here thinks as I do. This woman needs to quit crying!!! I have been unemployed for 14 months now. Get $170.00 a week to live on!!! Things are extremely tight. I have had to suck up my pride and get food stamps just to make it. In the summer I have a yard sale often, to try and make some ex...more

Let's see, $100.000. a year income ? $70.000. in debt. Maybe Jamie should continue working and pay off the debt with her income, over the next year. Then see if they can really afford to live on Matt's income during that time! The debt would be paid and they would REALLY see what it's like to live on less before adding ...more
I thought this was a wonderful experiment! No where in the story did it mention "the poor peoples diet". It was an experiment! I for one am happy to see that I can still have chocolate while trying to loose weight. It makes since, just a matter of how many calories you consume every day. I am going to be a much happi...more
