There is a price tag associated with no state taxes.  In the case of Texas, it includes one of the worst education systems in the country, unacceptabe levels of high school dropouts, indequate and expensive healthcare, and above average poverty.  Yes, they could - and perhaps should - secede.  I wonder how they will pa...more
