The National Association for Search and Rescue has a valid concern about possible increased risks for rescuers if there are delays. But that can work the other way too. Make it clear: " We will NOT risk staff and equipment in a blizzard, etc., but will wait for safer conditions, please pack accordingly!!!

These were VERY brave demonstrators, they deserve our admiration.

This is actually a GOOD sign. These people are risking their lives holding up that sign. Condeming the attackers in public means angering radicals who would kill you in a minute. Tough talk is cheap here on the Internet, the risk on streets of Benghazi is hard to imagine. We should be thanking them for their support.
