WE are being lied to again.   There would be NO short-fall if the Fed would REPAY ALL the money it has "borrowed" over the years from the Social Security system and stop using it as a slush fund!!!!   Ask your state representative this and I bet your answer will be a cold shoulder and a blank stare...

It's a shame how the federal grant and loan system is set up. There are many excellent small private schools with better education and instructors that are excluded.
