Like lindaj11, we just returned from our stay in Playa del Carmin (Riviera Maya‏ Princes) and Tulum. Had a great time without a worry. We felt secure and safe at all times.   Uptownandy....I'd be more afraid of getting shot while visiting Detroit or Chicago.

And nearly 4 million killed by in-hospital medical mistakes, during the same time period.  I don't hear everyone clamoring to close the hospitals!
