I didn't say anything about regulating OIL, I said regulate GAS PRICES. What defines a Utility? I'm not convinced it will help, but...Why aren't we talking about regulating gas prices? GAS IS A UTILITY, why not regulate it like one? New law in U.S. should require capped executive compensation for PUBLICLY TRADED companies. If you want the general public to buy your stock, and you want that IPO, then you're CEO and all executive total compensation is capped. What is that cap?
