I had an issue with Best Buy 15 years ago and never returned, I predicted then they would eventually fail because of "policies" they enacted, it's just taking longer. I quit shopping at Best Buy 12 years ago because of the crap, I found out there are better places to get better stuff at better prices....

I am waiting anxiously for our new Costco open in November, I will gladly pay the membership fee, I will buy in bulk, get tires, electronics and groceries and not think about what they cost and thank goodness for an alternative to the shopping choices we have now.
