From another account of this story. Supposedly she was simply asked to leave and when she awanted to speak to someone she was escorted off the set.

If i find something that I think would be worthy of wearing for the rest of my life, I'll do it. But I'm sure not going to do it just to attract guys. I'm not desperate.

She would have been well within her right to have someone on the production team tell the woman she was being disruptive. Maybe that is what happened and she kept at it anyway, but there are things that could have been done that do not require CPS to get invovled or anything sue-worthy.
