SOMEBODY NEED TO REIMBURSE TERRY FOR THE MISTAKE.  IT WAS THE REAL ESTATE AGENT AND THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WHO MADE THE MISTAKE SO THEY NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND MAKE THE MONEY RIGHT.

NO HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO OWN ANIMALS AGAIN.  HE COULD HAVE TAKEN THE DOGS TO A SHELTER OR  RESCUE CENTER AND LEFT THEM THERE.  LEAVING THEM FOR THE GARBAGE TRUCK IS A VERY CRUEL THING TO DO.   I HOPE HE IS CHARGED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY AS WELL AS ABANDONMENT.   JUDY
