Verizon will charge fee for paying bill

I went  to Verizon to look at an iPhone and the salesman (kid)  wanted to show me everything but an iPhone. Then he implied I wasn't smart enough to own a smart phone. Been with Verizon for 10 years with no complaints and now they want to charge me to pay my bill?  Could get over the salesman but it's time to start sho...more
