To Marvel67:  Your bank can't process an unauthorized charge to your account if it hasn't actually posted yet. DUH!!!!!  They have to abide by certain regulations-if a customer has a fraudulent charge to their account, a police report must be filled out.  After the charge has been posted to an account and the bank rece...more
