Your "rental company" simply needs to have the tires balanced on the fleet and also perform proper (or have it done) preventive maintenance. Newer vehicles require such service as does older used. Chrysler's were the worst of the Domestics back in the '80's. Things have dramatically changed with quality in the Domestics over the last two decades (including Chrysler) over the japanese/korean market who is building crap under their still perceived propaganda campaign of quality and reliability. This is a rather odd mix. Can't say I would agree on the japanese vehicles. They want too much as with the kia soul which is more than NEW. Reckon people really are stupid or careless in thinking when it comes to perceived quality and reliability. But it is every ones right to waste their money the way they choose to.
