Last time I went to Sears was to buy a lawnmower a couple years ago at the Vista Ridge Mall near Dallas. Had great customer service from a salesperson/employee named "Aun" (pronounced "On") .  Sears needs more people on the floor like him, great service, and got me out the door quick and efficiently.
