Bank of America knows its customer servi...

I didnt read the article but I wish Chase would relize they should be nicer to their clients. Just yesterday someone told me the bank gives and takes when talking about a fee I had to pay for a check. Meaning I have to pay for their services and because I have a CC with them they give me rewards.
