I agree Brian Dunn must go.  Since 2008 I've not been able to get my rewards certificates online.  A message keeps popping up about technical; difficulties on the site.  Phone attempts are even more futile and when you do get through they admit to the long standing issue.  Yet they don't fix it and Dunn keeps answering...more
