Gun laws are for people who obey the law.
If a person wants a gun, there is ALWAYS a way to get one. It just depends on how badly he wants one, and how much money he has to buy it.
It doesn't matter. A reasonably competent machinist in an average shop could produce any and all of the parts needed to build a gun, no matter what kind it is. Professional gunsmiths do it all of the time. When they are restoring or repairing weapons that are no longer made, every part is usually hand made.
