I think you meant "made in USA".....a label with "made in America" wouldn't specify in which country it was made.

Jimmie Jammies, I'm quite relaxed. Firt of all "nevertheless" is one word. Secondly, " outside of the US" is the entire world beyond US borders which makes your statement such an overreaching generalization as to render it completely absurd.

Those of us who enjoy living abroad and realize the ignorance of most of our fellow Americans shouldn't bother replying to the fanatical flag wavers posting on here. Remember, those are the types we want to keep in the USA and not out in the world perpetuating the stereotype of the ugly American!

No...you're wrong! Flip flops are for the beach or around your house with a robe! Hot weather is not new, what is new is people in this country taking comfort and casual to an extreme like thinking they can wear their house slippers and pajamas out in public. It's tacky, trashy, crass and just plain lazy.
