...and the developing world, as you put it, would quickly find itself with a more appropriate mortality rate if we stopped giving food to them.  Let them take care of their own people or the herd will thin itself out.

At no point was Attenborough advocating forced genocide or turning geriatrics into soylent green.  If we'd stop sending food to overpopulated third-world countries that can't support their own population, the problem would rectify itself.

I'm conservative.  I left the GOP because of their emphasis on legislated "morality" as opposed to limited government, but I consider the end result being "the party left me" not "I left the RNC."  That said, I would be hasty to make such disparaging generalizations.  I'm fairly certain I gave more to charity last year...more

Food would cost more and then the servers would be making $x/hr regardless of if they had good or bad service.   We have enough laws in this country, and those on the lower end of the income scale wouldn't be able to eat out as much.   We do not have a caste system (despite what some try foolishly to argue) and if ...more
