I agree with the idea of implementing classes on finances in the high school system. Calif has the strictest law in the country for DUI offenders. Serving a few days in jail is enough. Until you have walked the line you do not have a true understanding of the hell prison can be. The threat of 45 days and only serving 5 days is enought to scary someone straight.
