WOW last week oil was down i believe almost 17% the price of gas stayed the same here in missouri $3.75.... Yesterday the price of oil was up like $1.50 a barrel and the price of gas in our city went up to $3.86. Can anyone please explain to me how that is possible i have no degree in business so i must be missing some...more
