That had to have been absolutely terrifying! They were incredibly lucky to have been that close and not been injured. They were much closer than some of the buildings that were seriously damaged.

It's hard to sell product when you don't have product to sell! Sears didn't stock up for Christmas season of 2009, so Sears associates watched customers go elsewhere because they didn't have and couldn't order the products customers wanted.
